How long will it take to receive my t-shirt or print?

T-shirts are shipped within 2-3 weeks of receiving your order and will arrive in 2-5 days after that by UPS or USPS ground, or faster if you select an expedited shipping at checkout.

Unframed prints will arrive in approximately 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. Framed prints arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks. Please note that all prints are made-to-order and we do not stock inventory. 

Can I rush my order?

Absolutely. Please contact us at support@artly.photos and we will do our best to accommodate rush requests. Additional shipping costs may apply.

what is your return policy?

t-shirts and other apparel

We offer free returns on all our t-shirts and other apparel shipped domestically as long as the item is undamaged and unwashed and returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. To return an apparel item you have ordered from us, just email us at support@artly.photos with the details of your purchase and we'll walk you through the return process. Please note that we cannot accept returns on t-shirts shipped internationally.

fine art prints

Because each fine art print we sell is printed, reviewed and signed individually by the photographer, we cannot accept returns on prints and all print sales are final. Please be assured that both we and our photographers make the utmost effort to ensure the quality of the prints we sell and ship. Damage that occurs in transit, however, is out of our control. If one of our prints is damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue with the shipper and/or arrange for new copy of the print to be shipped to you if appropriate. We only use major, reputable third-party shippers such as UPS, Fedex and UPS. Thus, damage in transit is extremely rare.

How do I know my print is authentic?

All Artly prints are numbered and signed by the artist, and come with an Artly certificate of authenticity signed by both the artist.

Do you frame prints?

Absolutely. Prices are for unframed prints. But we offer the highest quality custom framing services available. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss the best framing options for your print: support@artly.photos.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship t-shirts and unframed prints internationally.  Your international shipping costs and options will be calculated for you at checkout depending on the size and destination of your print. If you would like to have a framed print shipped internationally, please contact us and we will be happy to work out the shipping details with you:  support@artly.photos.

How is my order shipped?

T-shirts are shipped by UPS in flexible envelopes or custom mailers. All prints up to 11x14” are shipped inside a rigid mailer. Prints larger than 11x14" are shipped in a special fortified tube to guard against bending or damage. Framed prints are shipped via FedEx or UPS in a fitted cardboard box.

How are your prints made?

All Artly prints are archival pigment or Giclee prints. They are printed to the highest industry quality by a fine art printer using fully archival Epson inkjet pigments on Hahnemuhle paper. All prints are printed with a ½ inch white border to allow for matting and framing and we never crop or otherwise alter our artists’ images.

Please note that we work hard to ensure that all images are displayed accurately on our web site, however every computer and screen has different tonal and brightness characteristics and what you see on your screen may be different from the final printed edition.

What is an edition?

An edition is a limited run of a specific piece of artwork. For example, an edition of 15 means that only 15 examples of that work will be printed – ever. If you own edition 2/15 then you own the second editioned piece of that print run. Once an edition is closed, no further prints will be made of it at that size.

How do I know my print is authentic?

All prints are accompanied by a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity to maintain the integrity of your print. The authenticity card contains the artist’s signature, the edition number and the title of the work, as well as the Artly certification of authenticity.

How do I care for my print?

Avoid touching the surface of your print. Oils can be transferred to the print from your hands and rough treatment can scratch the surface and harm the pigment.  We recommend that you frame your print as soon as possible as this will help to protect the work once it is on display.

How do I buy work for my office?

We are happy to work with you on curating a corporate collection and selecting works to fit your company culture. Please contact our curators at sales@artly.photos.

Who's behind 'Artly'?

Artly is a new online platform for showcasing exceptional photographers and other artists.  It was started by Cristina Trayfors, a veteran photographer, agent, producer and artist herself, along with a small team of creatives who've spent their careers in fashion, photography and software. How do I become an Artly artist?

We're always interested in getting to know new artists. If you're an established photographer with a significant portfolio of work and would like to have your work presented by Artly, please email us at artistsubmissions@artly.photos and include a link to your portfolio and/or website in your email. We know how hard it is to submit work for review and not hear back immediately or not be accepted. Please understand that we focus on giving our artists our utmost care and attention and therefore must be extremely selective in the artists we work with.
